Chatbot App
As a Product Designer and UI/UX Designer, I led the design of a chatbot app for the Fintech Industry. The app aimed to increase customer engagement by providing them with personalized responses and feedback. I created wireframes and prototypes using Figma and conducted user testing to ensure the app was intuitive and easy to use. I used ClickUp to communicate design specs with the development and Product team.
LiveChat Platform
Created wireframes and prototypes for a live chat console. which is designed for fintech industry clients, including banks like SBI, HDFC, Kotak, and others.Focused on enhancing the user experience by making the chat console easy to navigate and visually appealing. I incorporated user feedback to ensure the design meets the specific needs of the financial industry and its customers.
Overall, my work aimed to deliver a user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing live chat console tailored to the requirements of prominent fintech clients.
